The School of Education offers you resources to help you at every stage of your degree experience here. We’re here to help you prepare for a meaningful career – even before you walk across the stage to collect your diploma.

Office of Student Success
In supporting all students in the school, our Office of Student Success creates a supportive learning environment that enhances students’ intellectual, emotional and social development. Our staff members assist students with orientation, academic advising, co-curricular programming, academic record management, preparation for licensure testing and graduation.

Student Services Center
The Student Services Center is your one-stop shop for many of the support services and resources you need while you’re enrolled in coursework. We support students in Virginia educational licensure programs by handling admission applications for teacher preparation programs, processing clinical placement applications for practica and internships, managing student data, and providing information on comprehensive exams and state licensure.
